MEET THE TEAM
Patricia Dressler
Patricia Dressler has over 25 years of experience in Project Management, which includes working with corporations exceeding $5 billion in annual sales. She was Director and Founder of Triada, giving her valuable management experience in the field of corporate image.
Patricia received her B.A. in Economics from UCAB in Caracas, Venezuela, and went on to earn an M.A. in Comparative Politics, and a Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania.
She is currently President of the US Chapter of the Venezuelan-American Friendship Association.
Daniel Gil'Adi
Daniel Gil’adi has over 30 years of experience in International Corporate Consulting, and has additionally served as a managerial coach with extensive expertise in leadership, motivation, team integration, and emotional intelligence.
After a career in the Israeli Defense Forces as an officer in the paratroopers, Daniel received his B.A. in Psychology and physical education from Tel Aviv University, and went on to earn his MA in Clinical Psychology at Bar-Ilan University. Later on he earned a Ph.D. in Clinical Developmental Psychology from Bryn Mawr College. He then completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Temple University while training in Structured Family Therapy under Salvador Minuchin.
Gianni Tomassi
Gianni Tomassi has over 20 years of experience in International Corporate Consulting and more than 20 years in Project Management, including experience with corporations exceeding $10 billion in annual sales. He specializes in strategy, organization, and management of human capital.
Gianni received his B.A. in International Studies, in addition to an MBA from IESA in Caracas, Venezuela.

Amin Muci
Amin is an investment banker and financial advisor with 30+ years international experience, mainly in South America and Russia. He has focused on opportunities for value growth of medium-sized enterprises, including the coaching of several management teams in 8-12 weeks high impact ¨360◦¨ search for profitability and cash flow improvement. His advisory projects have frequently involved addressing "growth pains", refining and quantifying strategy, and executing strategic transactions such as long-term financing or the incorporation of new investors. Amin has completed projects in a wide range of sectors from manufacturing, petrochemicals, and utilities, to "retail", restaurants, banking, insurance and direct selling companies.
Amin spent 10 years in Russia as the head of corporate finance and investor relations of a leading restaurant group in Russia that operated two chains: Rosinter, for which he coordinated in 2007 an US$ 100 million IPO and in 2010 a US$ 45 million SPO both in the Russian Capital Market, and Rostik´s for which he coordinated in 2004 a strategic partnership followed in 2010 by a sale to KFC.
Amin studied mathematics at Universidad Simón Bolívar (1980) and he holds an MBA from IESA in Caracas (1989), Venezuela. He also completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School (2011).

Beatriz González
Beatriz has over 25 years of experience in Power projects, Telecommunication projects, and Management of high performance project teams. She has lead electrical and infrastructure projects, managing budgets of more than 20 million dollars per year. Beatriz has been cost and budget controller in telecommunications projects. She was Department Manager of Projects in C.A. La Electricidad de Caracas and Project Controller in the Venezuelan telecommunication company (CANTV). She was the leader in change management processes and in the implementation of new management processes with successful results, particularly in the power industry.
Beatriz received a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineer from Simón Bolívar University (Caracas, Venezuela). Also received a MSc in Finance and a MBA from IESA, in Caracas, Venezuela.
Eva Martorano de Ledezma
Eva Martorano is a multi-cultural, multi-lingual professional with 30+ years of experience in Organizational Development, Strategic Planning and Project Management for growing Companies. Creative thinker and problem solver, with strong facilitation and mentoring skills, understanding customers in order to develop roadmaps with the involvement of key stakeholders in a way that optimizes chances for successful plan implementation.
An Industrial Engineer, she graduated in the Andres Bello Catholic University (UCAB), and pursued graduate studies in the MBA program at The University of Santa Clara. CA.

Adrian Yovanovich
Adrian Yovanovich is a senior consultant with ample experience working with business unit managers and senior executive teams addressing innovation, firm strategy, execution and organization development issues. He works to foster creative strategy design and effective strategy implementation, resulting insustainable improvement in revenue growth and value creation. He has managed projects in the US, Canada and Mexico, South America and Europe. Adrian also spent time in industry, serving as Corporate Director of Development and Planning at Cemex, and as interim COO at Aliaxis Latin America -in this latter role he managed a turnaround effort which resulted in a tripling of EBIT in one year.
Adrian studied Chemical Engineering at MIT, and also holds a MS degree in Management from MIT’s Sloan School of Business

Antonio De Lara
Mechanical engineer with more of 30 years of experience working in Manufacturing and Industrial Projects. Developed an expertise in high performance team in international environments. Years ofexperience managing the multiple interactions between different Administrations and the Community in which the organizations operate. Experience from a car manufacturer to the construction of powerplants. Antonio’s main focus is to reach the highest level on Health & Safety and Environment in combination with healthy economical results of the business.
Two of the main projects in which he has worked are: The pneumatic garbage recollection system for the Olympic Village in Barcelona and the development, construction and operation of a Combined Cycle Power Plant, 1200 MW in Cartagena (Spain).
Mariangel Gimenez Fernandez
Executive with extensive experience as a Systems and Technology Manager for the private sector, specifically companies that provide services for the energy, oil & gas, and security industries. Her focus is on improving business processes by transforming technology services into a differentiating element that produces business results. Has worked on projects focusing on innovation, and change management, leading multidisciplinary teams. As all INTEGRA consultants, has a deep knowledge of different cultures.
Associate’s degree in Systems Analysis and Design, an MBA and ITIL and PMP certified.
